Many dcTrack customers have expressed a desire to elevate dcTrack’s position within their operations by integrating dcTrack with their Remedy CMDB and change ticket system.
dcTrack has the open API for such an integration and is a member of the BMC Software Technology Alliance Program.
Pinebreeze Technologies Inc. has integrated BMC Remedy with dcTrack
“The BMC Remedy connector enables Remedy change tickets to electronically flow into dcTrack to reduce human error and ensure all changes are captured in dcTrack”
